My first year as a Florida Realtor was 2004. I got my license and went to work for a large C-21 office. They promised me training, all sorts of education and coaching from my Broker, team building exercises, website training, and more.  
I listened to their sch-peal, drank the Kool-Aid, signed on and ended up with the short end of the stick.

All I got was a desk.

After about a year of working like a dog and being treated worse, I opened my own office.

For about 6 years I dealt in residential homes and vacant land sales.
Much to my dismay, it didn't get any better as far as how the customers treated me, so I switched gears and went into Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage.

My Only Regret Is I Didn't Get Into Business Brokerage Sooner!
