Jerry Vanausdall began his career in the Business Brokerage field in 1964 after finishing his education at William & Mary College and Richmond Professional Institute in Virginia. He was a partner in the Firm of Light-VanAusdall, Inc. for over twenty seven years.
During that time he and his partner owned over thirty one business, including Motels, Restaurants and retail operations.
While representing business sellers, he became known for his professional approach in dealing with his clients.

Chris Vick has over 30 years of experience with consultative lending to small businesses, commercial real estate lending and sales experience. Chris and his wife Barbara currently own and operate a very successful home health care business that has been in operation since 1974. Chris has also managed and sold multiple operating businesses. Formerly, he was the FDIC Resolutions and Receivership’s Corporate Manager responsible for asset marketing after the FDIC was named Receiver for failed banks. Chris manages our commercial real estate sales.
During his sales & lending career, Mr. Vick has originated, managed, sold or resolved problems with hundreds of millions of dollars of operating businesses including marinas, medical businesses, hotels, restaurants, retail centers, manufacturers, farms, groves, storage centers, and more. His experience also includes asset management and commercial real estate sales. Born in Nebraska and raised and educated in Missouri.
Graduated High School from Missouri Military Academy and College from University of Central Missouri with a BS in Public Relations/Mass Media.
Naval Aviation Officer (Pilot Type) He as been in sales and marketing most of his adult life and understands many different industries.
He has received many awards for salesmanship from resorts, insurance and business brokerage.
Before getting into Business Brokerage, Mort owned a very successful Aerial Advertising Company in Phoenix, Az.
He brings his business acumen with him and protects his buyers with his experience and also knows what to look for when reviewing business purchases.
Brevard County has been home for over 30 yrs with his wife and two boys, now young men.
